Fuquay-Varina has won a matching funds grant expected to cover 80 percent of the $1.5 million cost for planning, design and environmental studies needed prior to construction of the northwest segment of Judd Parkway.This could shave several minutes from the commute of folks in Southern Oaks and other neighborhoods in south Fuquay. Good news for me.
