NC State Rep. Stephen Laroque does not want to go unarmed. Anywhere. Ever.

The Progressive Pulse – Top of the morning:

NC State Rep. Stephen Laroque

It is House Bill 184 introduced by Rep. Stephen Laroque that would allow elected officials, including legislators, to carry a gun anywhere they want in North Carolina.

That would mean lawmakers and county commissioners could take their concealed handguns into businesses that have banned them and into government buildings, like the Legislative Building in Raleigh, where guns are now illegal.

  1. Give them an inch they'll want a mile. First it's handguns, then it'll be bazookas and tactical nukes. Where will it end?
