CT Senate Race Should Not Even Be Close

Connecticut Republican in hot water over minimum wage remark - The Hill's Ballot Box:
McMahon addressed reporters at a press conference Thursday in East Hartford where her campaign was rolling out an endorsement from the National Federation of Independent Businesses. The group opposes any increase in the current federal minimum wage, according to its website.

McMahon was asked if she agreed with the group's position.

She said, according to The Day, "The minimum wage now in our country, I think we've set that and a lot of people have benefited from it in our country, but I think we ought to review how much it ought to be, and whether or not we ought to have increases in the minimum wage."

And it gets better:
McMahon was also asked if she knew what the minimum wage in Connecticut is but said she did not know, according to the Hartford Courant. She also didn't know whether any employees at the World Wrestling Federation, the company she used to head, were paid the minimum wage.

Blumenthal should be eating this fool's damned lunch.
