A local church that got an atheist billboard removed from its property now has been told it must starting paying taxes on the ad space.

Standard & Poor’s announced Friday night that it has downgraded the United States credit rating for the first time, dealing a huge symbolic blow to the world’s economic superpower in what was a sharply worded critique of the American political system.
I'm not an economist, but neither are most expressing opinions right now, so what the heck: (1) if we refuse to collect the revenue to pay our bills, should we be AAA rated, and (2) do you give any credence to any ratings agency anyways?

The mandrills - the largest member of the monkey family - put their hands over their eyes when they want to be left alone. 
It is a gesture that has never been seen before, and experts believe it is evidence of social culture among animals. They believe one of the mandrills made up the gesture and passed it on to her pals something that is common in humans but almost unheard of in animals.
Pssst. Humans are animals, pass it on.  (What? You thought we were vegetables or minerals?)
