FUQUAY-VARINA - More than a half-million gallons of brackish brown sewer water gurgle and swirl into Fuquay-Varina's largest sewer plant each day ...

A few hundred yards away, crystal clear water flows through an ultraviolet purifier and cascades down a miniature waterfall, ready to rejoin Terrible Creek and the Neuse River.
I wasn't actively wondering, but once the headline showed up in the feed, couldn't help but wonder where it all goes. The poop.
