Also, it's not just the ACLU "clamoring," it's every single person who believes in the rule of law demanding accountability. He should have been impeached during his first (unelected) term. And then the criminal cases should have started.
It'll never happen though. There's no appetite in this country for justice. Obama will be impeached for being a Kenyan Muslim socialist liberal fascist illegal alien before Bush and Cheney are held accountable for making a fraudulent casus belli and every death resulting from that fraud.
