Charlie Wilson's War (2007) - "The Zen master says, 'We'll see.'"
Charlie Wilson's War (2007) - Flickchart:
I'm glad I finally caught up to this one. A well told story. I'm still chewing on the parable of the Zen master and boy who receives a horse for his birthday as it relates to the story of Charlie Wilson because, if it teaches anything, then although it sure as heck looks like arming and training the مجاهدين (I can only do that because the google search for 'mujahideen' returned it right in the first result) turned out to be fucking disaster now that we're in open war in Afghanistan, maybe there's a Zen master somewhere saying, "we'll see." Is Charlie Wilson Buddhist?
