A BBC presenter has apologised after an embarrassing verbal slip over the name of Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt.

I sympathize with Jim Naughtie. I've been trying to scale back my own usage of my favorite "shocking" profanity. It's not easy. And I haven't been completely successful. I blame the influence of my lyrical hero, Mark E. Smith. It also doesn't help that I keep playing Captain Moonlight and substituting in the names of our local GOP pols where he name-checks the Irish as I sing along.  ♫ "Virginia Foxx, she's a dirty [shut your mouth] ..." ♫
