Depressing NC schoolkid extortion story includes Unnecessary Qualifier of the Day

The boy, who isn't identified because he is a juvenile, posted one of the photos on a social networking site, investigators said, and told girls he would post their photos if they didn't send him more.
Punk.

Michael Evans, a spokesman for WCPS, said: "[I]n general, that the school system does not tolerate such behavior." Generally speaking, that sort of thing is frowned upon. So, we can imagine certain situations where extorting your fellow students for compromising photos is OK then, can we?
